Having been raised in Europe, Scandinavia, united States and Japan, jewelry designer and artist, Christine Brandt used these four cultural influences to create one-of-a-kind pieces, hand carved in exotic woods, gathered from all over the world, just like her. Christine's pieces are finished in as natural a state as possible, the wood is never stained or varnished, but burnished and hand-rubbed withe several coats of Danish oil to bring out the grain and natural colors in the wood. The semi-precious stones and minerals found in her designs are also as natural as they were found, not being altered in any kind of way.
