“I love jewelry. Always have done,” says the “Smile” singer. “I'm really pleased with all the designs. We worked hard on getting them exactly how we wanted them, from choosing the right chain length and thickness, to deciding what should be in gold and what looks better in silver.”

"When I first agreed to design the collection, I was in New York and I went straight out and bought about 40 reference books for inspiration. I got really involved," Allen says. "My granny was a gypsy and I inherited a lot of her jewellery, so I incorporated the traditional gypsy sovereigns into my coin collection. The Smiley pieces were based on my acid-house tattoo."
